Commission Policy

—All commissions begin with a written brief agreed between Kim and the client.
—Kim reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside her skill set or values.
—Design changes after work has begun may extend the timeline and adjust the final price.

Deposit Policy

—A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your slot in the studio queue.
—The deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
—The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Shipping Policy

—All dolls are packed by hand in padded, custom boxes with acid-free tissue.
—Shipments are tracked and fully insured; international shipping is available.
—Estimated ship times are provided at delivery; expedited options are available at cost.

Returns & Damage Policy

—Because each doll is one-of-a-kind and made to order, all sales are final.
—If a doll arrives damaged, contact Kim within 48 hours with photographs.
—Kim will help file the insurance claim and, when possible, repair the piece at no additional cost.

Copyright & Artwork Policy

—All original artwork, photographs, and designs remain the intellectual property of Kim Miller.
—Purchase of a doll includes personal ownership of that physical piece, not the underlying artistic work.
—Photographs of finished dolls may be used by Kim for portfolio and social media purposes; let her know if you'd prefer otherwise.

Privacy Policy

—Your contact information and reference photographs are used only to communicate about your project.
—No information is sold or shared with third parties.
—You may request deletion of your records at any time by writing to hello@eilonwyscloset.com.
